ALL PURCHASED PRODUCTS FROM GEOTASTE.CO.UK ARE DELIVERED ALL OVER THE UK, BY “FEDEX” POST SERVICES.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES:

ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND DELIVERED WITHIN 2–3 WORKING DAYS.DELIVERIES ARE MADE BETWEEN 09:00 AND 21:00, MONDAY TO SATURDAY(EXCLUDING SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS).

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, YOU MUST NOTIFY US

PLEASE INCLUDE:YOUR ORDER NUMBER,A DESCRIPTION OF THE ISSUE,PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT (IF POSSIBLE)

RESOLUTION:

REPLACEMENT: A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT WILL BE SENT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.

REFUND: IF A REPLACEMENT IS NOT POSSIBLE, A FULL REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
